Privacy at Tintelier
Your studio stays yours.
Tintelier collects the information needed to run your account, save your private library, and protect generation credits.
Information we store
We store account details, profile preferences, generated artwork, coloring projects, books, credit balances, purchase records, and the operational logs needed to secure and maintain the service.
Private by default
Your library is tied to your authenticated account. Database access rules restrict artwork, colorings, books, profiles, and credit records to their owner. We do not publish your work to a public gallery without a separate action and clear permission.
Generation requests
Prompts and generation settings pass through a protected server function to the image provider. Provider credentials never enter the browser. We use request and error logs to prevent abuse, return credits after failed generations, and diagnose service problems.
Payments
When credit checkout becomes available, payment details will be handled by our payment provider. Tintelier will store purchase references and credit grants, not complete card numbers or security codes.
Your choices
You can delete individual artworks and coloring projects through Tintelier’s confirmation dialogs. For account or privacy requests, contact us through the support route published in the application when support opens.
