Tintelier terms
Use your work with confidence.
These terms explain how credits, generated artwork, commercial usage, and your responsibilities work in Tintelier.
Your account and work
You retain your rights in prompts, coloring choices, uploaded materials, and other content you create or provide, subject to any rights already held by others. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it.
Commercial usage rights
Each artwork or cover generated with a Tintelier credit includes permission from Tintelier to use that generated output for personal or commercial purposes, including in printed products, digital products, client work, marketing, and resale.
These rights are non-exclusive. They do not transfer ownership of the Tintelier software, brand, or third-party intellectual property. Similar outputs may be created for others, and laws in some places may limit copyright protection for AI-generated material.
Use work you have the right to use
Do not request, upload, publish, or sell content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You are responsible for reviewing your prompt and output before commercial use, especially when it may resemble a real person, protected character, brand, or living artist’s distinctive work.
Premium artwork packs
A purchased premium pack includes a non-exclusive commercial license for its artwork. You may color the pages, include them in printed or digital PDFs and coloring books, and sell those finished products. You may also use the pages uncolored inside a designed book or PDF that adds meaningful presentation and is sold as a finished product.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, share, or resell the untouched page files as a standalone download, asset pack, template library, or competing coloring-page catalog.
A pack purchased separately remains unlocked permanently. Subscription members may use every premium pack while their subscription is active. If the subscription ends, pack access ends unless the pack was purchased separately; commercial rights in finished or derivative products created during the active subscription remain valid.
Free catalog artwork
Artwork marked Free is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may color and print it for yourself, but you may not sell it, include it in a paid PDF, use it in client work, or otherwise use it in a commercial product. Purchasing a premium pack or generating artwork with a credit provides the separate commercial rights described above.
Credits
- One credit pays for one complete native-resolution artwork or cover generation.
- Credits purchased separately do not expire while your account remains available.
- Subscription credits roll over up to the cap shown for your plan.
- A failed provider generation returns the reserved credit automatically.
- Coloring, exports, printing, and book assembly do not consume credits.
Subscriptions and founding membership
Studio and Creator subscriptions grant the monthly credits, rollover limit, and premium pack access shown at checkout. Canceling stops future renewals and removes subscription pack access at the end of the paid period. Credits purchased separately remain available.
Founding Studio pricing applies to the first paid year for eligible members and renews at the regular annual Studio price shown at checkout. Tintelier will show the renewal price before payment and in the billing record.
Service availability
Generative results vary, and we cannot guarantee that an output will meet every creative or commercial requirement. We may restrict abusive use, unsafe requests, automated attacks, or activity that threatens the service or other people.
